Love guiding group experiences?Closer is hiring Event Facilitators / Experience Hosts / Social Event Leaders to help lead small, thoughtfully structured gatherings in cities across the US, Canada, UK, and Australia.This fractional, part-time role is perfect for people with backgrounds in event hosting, community building, coaching, education, hospitality, theater, group facilitation, or simply being the one who always gathers friends. What You'll DoAs a Closer Facilitator, you'll:Host our signature experiences designed to turn strangers into friends (dinners, drinks, cocktail parties, coffee chats, etc.)Guide the flow of the evening, welcome attendees, and create space for honest connectionRepresent the Closer brand and uphold our ethos of warmth, ease, and belongingLightly facilitate group discussions that make it easy for people to open upEvents are 2 hours and take place on weekday evenings.
