**Job description**

We are seeking an experienced Sales Office Administrator to join our team based at our office in Thames Ditton for a family run business which has been established over 50 years.

You would be responsible for the following:
**Sales Office Administration / report writing**
- Scheduling survey enquiries into surveyors diaries
- Communicating with clients to book in surveys / sales.
- Assisting other team members with phone calls and general administration
- Creating floor plans or submitting floor plans to our external provider
- Following up with clients to clients questions and book in work.
- Managing the surveyors diaries and communicating with surveyors.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent knowledge of microsoft office, excel, outlook
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and ability to work on own initiative
- Good team player
- Happy to speak to client on the phone to follow up sales
- Proven ability for attention to details and accuracy
- Excellent customer service
- Sales experience advantageous

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year depending on experience.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm

Office based

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
