The Role:

- Reporting to the head of global reward, you will be responsible for the administration of global employee benefits and for providing support to the Total Reward team on wider Reward projects, as well as providing support as required to SHL’s Employee Engagement initiatives.
- Key Accountabilities:
- Manage ongoing Employee Benefits administration within established guidance of existing guidelines and processes - on-boarding and off-boarding joiners and leavers to (mainly) the UK and US Benefit programmes, regular reporting on membership internally and externally.
- Manage the Benefits and Reward mailboxes, responding to queries and providing advice and guidance to employees.
- Maintain the annual Benefit calendar for updates on vendors, expiry and renewal dates, costs, Purchase Order details, contact details etc.
- Ensure accurate and timely arrangement and execution of Employee Benefit purchase orders and associated documentation/service receipt requirements.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers and vendors, as required.
- Support the Total Reward team on key global reward programmes including benefit renewals, incentive plans, salary review, salary surveys and compliance activities.
- Support on the communication of Reward and Benefit initiatives.
- Support SHL Engagement programmes and initiatives, for example through administration, reporting and analysis of activity and data on our employee recognition platforms.

**Required skills and experience**:

- Solid prior experience of data administration, ideally in the fields of Benefits administration and/or Purchase Order (PO) management.
- Worked in roles where adherence to processes and timely closure of open issues has been of essence, including issues requiring escalation to other members of the team.
- Worked in an office environment where confident usage of programmes such as MS Excel and analytical skills are constantly required and part of daily working life.
- Ideally gained understanding of Reward and its role within the organisation in previous employments.

**You will also have**:

- Superb attention to detail/accuracy and ability to handle data confidentially.
- Demonstrated a high degree of self-motivated drive for accuracy and timely task

completion- Good customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes (mainly MS Word, Excel and

Powerpoint).- Strong personal organisational skills combined with a drive for active problem solving.**About Us**
