A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a hardworking, customer focused individual to join our Company as a Customer Support Administrator.
**The Role and The Responsibilities**:
- Supporting the Administration and Sales teams
- Answering telephone queries and returning calls promptly (Client SLA’s)
- Maintaining and updating our client database
- Interacting with colleagues, clients and providers developing and managing successful relationships
- Working within existing structures and procedures, recommending changes to improve the service and performance levels of the company
- Developing new business and maintain existing business
- Attending regular training as required (required by the Employer)
- Helping with campaigns
- Client relationship building
**Requirements**:
- Common sense
- A bright, positive personality
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Strong administration skills, with good knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative as well as being able to work as part of the team
- Excellent task and diary management skills
**Working environment & Culture**
This is a full-time hybrid position, working in our office in Walton-on-Thames 3 days per week (2 days at home) 8:30am until 5pm.
