Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and administrative support? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Surveyor Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive case management support to our residents and surveying team, ensuring effective communication regarding repairs, and serving as a key contact for both residents and internal stakeholders. You will provide full administrative support to the surveying service, address and resolve customer maintenance inquiries, and monitor trends to prevent complex repairs. **Your responsibilities...**
- Proactively engaging with customers to address and resolve issues or concerns.
- Monitoring and following up on works to ensure accurate and timely completions.
- Collaborating with the team to maintain alignment and efficiency.
- Continuously improving our service by reviewing lessons learned and sharing best practices.
- Managing surveyors' diaries to maximise productivity and efficiency.
- Scheduling and coordinating pre and post inspections for surveyors.
- Booking mutual exchange inspections for surveyors.
- Gathering and completing customer feedback on surveyor-related tasks.
- Assisting colleagues with inquiries related to surveyors.
- Administering CRM, Northgate, and other organisational databases.
- Handling administrative tasks and communication for the decant process.
- Proactively ensuring urgent matters are promptly addressed by relevant managers.
- Monitoring repairs related to leaks, damp, and mould.
- Conducting follow-up calls with residents and tracking repairs to completion.
- Providing assistance and support to repairs advisors and administrators during peak times.
- Establishing and maintaining effective systems for filing, record-keeping, compiling statistics, and generating reports for the service.

- In-depth understanding of customer-driven environments and housing maintenance obligations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance service delivery and the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/logging databases.
- Skilled in using the internet, search engines, and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter).
- Familiarity with landlord and tenant repairing obligations.
- Strong administrative capabilities with excellent keyboard and ICT skills.
- Experience in monitoring, maintaining databases, and collating information.
- Ability to report and evaluate outcomes effectively.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with service users, staff, and other agencies.
- Proven experience in writing letters and reports, initiating change, and identifying improvements through evaluation, negotiation, and implementation.
