**Job Summary**
If you are a social media savvy marketing graduate looking for an entry level job in a growing company that impacts the world’s top companies, SHL is the company for you. We are offering a 12-month internship to a marketing student who will contribute to thecompany by assisting in marketing and communication tasks, providing guidance for the localization of the company website, raising SHL awareness at a local level using social media, and collecting and evaluating quantitative and qualitative data from marketingcampaigns. This role is based at our office in Thames Ditton.
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Help for localization of the website and marketing assets
- Implement marketing campaigns under the direction and guidance of the Head of Field Marketing
- Complete administrative and data entry-related tasks, and maintain organized files
- Creating and monitoring SHL local social media pages
- Maintaining and updating the company database and customer relationship management systems
- Help on lead management
- Assist Senior Marketing Manager on Account Based Marketing programs and customer advocacy programs

Credentials**:

- Strong analytic know-how: Knowledge of how to review quantitative and/or qualitative data
- Fluent written and verbal communication is essential
- Social Media savviness
- Passion for the marketing industry
- Be able to take direction and absorb information quickly

**Education**
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or alternative marketing qualification (ie CIM) OR working towards this
