The role of the Human Resources Graduate is to support the HR team in the provision of day-to-day HR management in accordance with the Faurecia group’s human resources policies and procedures, employment law and best practice

Job duties & responsibilities:

- Assist in resource planning & management through coordination and support of the recruitment process (job descriptions, advertisements, interviews, offers, induction etc.)
- Support the deployment of Employee Empowerment initiatives throughout the plant
- Coordinate management development and training activities, including the maintenance of training records
- Daily management of time and attendance data to produce management reports to support business decisions, month end KPI’s and employee payroll
- Assist the HR Manager in personnel administration, implementation of group HR policies and their follow-up, maintenance of employee files, employee queries, staffing issues and industrial relations
- Support employee relations initiatives and projects

Qualifications:

- Completed a year long industrial placement in a related industry

Bachelor degree at 2.1 or above
- Committed to continuous improvement
- Hardworking, flexible and reliable
- Able to work well within a team
- Results oriented with strong written and oral communication skills
- Enthusiastic, motivated and well organised
- International mind set
- Completed degree within last 3 year period
- Familiar with HR Information Systems as well as MS Office
- Eligible to work in the UK on permanent basis

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
