**Your initial 6 weeks training will be in their offices in Witney
- after the initial 6 weeks your working options are flexible.**

**IT Graduate Scheme** Role:

- Liaise closely with Account Managers, Sales People and Senior Engineers to obtain a thorough working knowledge of the company, its offering and its marketplace
- Participate in an award winning training programme, offering nationally recognised qualifications, to upskill yourself on IT infrastructure used by the company
- Support the Pre-sales Team in educating prospects on just how the company’s technology makes a difference for their clients
- As part of your graduate scheme, you will be rotated around differing departments to observe just how IT interlocks with every business area
- Once you are through elements of your training, you will begin to support Sales People in demonstrating Technical products and services, ensuring clients and prospects are well aware of how the company can help them
**IT Graduate Scheme** Requirements:

- **2:1 degree or above in the field of Engineering, System Engineering, Physics or Computer Science**:

- **Full UK driving license**:

- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Computer literacy in Java and C++ Windows advantageous
- Strong analytic skills including selecting vendor solutions and proposing appropriate solution designs
