**About The Team**:
**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Experience 3-month rotations across key operational teams, including food safety, maintenance, training, and HR, to gain comprehensive operational expertise.
- Lead and manage teams to efficiently produce customer boxes, while learning and improving a unique Inventory Management system with weekly product changes.
- Identify areas for improvement, strategize solutions, assess costs vs. benefits, and manage stakeholder approvals.
- Transition new product ideas to the floor and deliver improvements with measurable positive results.

- Experienced in working with and leading teams, with strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Academically strong, with the ability to break down complex problems and identify solutions.
- Motivated, energetic, and flexible, with a can-do attitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to engage, motivate others, and support operational needs, going the extra mile when required.
- Comfortable with automated systems and proficient in Microsoft Office/G Suite.
- Willing to work night and weekend shifts, with excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

**Working Schedule**:Varied working hours, including weekends and night shifts (full-time employment contract).

You are required to cooperate with HelloFresh in all health and safety matters. You are responsible for ensuring you take reasonable care of your own health, and safety as well as others who may be affected by the work activities you undertake. You must report incidents immediately and actively raise health and safety-related concerns to your Line Manager.
