We are currently recruiting for a Training Coordinator to be based in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients. Work will include working with training task force to grow an academy.

**Responsibilities to include**:
- Responsible for scheduling, designing and facilitating training classes as well as creating training manuals and materials to accompany training sessions within the academy
- Liaising with the relevant apprenticeship bodies and coordinating mandatary training
- Maintaining records of training undertaken
- Populating training materials on the intranet
- Working with our school and university links to develop lines for recruitment
- Mainlining the training section of the intranet
**About You**:
- Strong administration and planning skills.
- Previous experience of working in an L&D role - coordinating and booking training
- Experience of professional qualifications would be advantageous
- Experience with apprenticeships schemes/ NVQ training, knowledge of SQE route and CILEX beneficial
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage own workload.
- Ability to communicate effectively at different levels
- Experience of supporting students/graduates/school leavers through their studies.
- Passionate about learning and development
- Proficient with sharepoint to coordinate training materials on the intranet
