We have an opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join the Finance Team in Poole on a Full-Time, Permanent basis.

**The Role**

The purpose of this role is to assist with the day-to-day accounting functions within the department. This is a key role within the accounts department contributing to the production of the monthly accounts.
- Accurate and timely posting of invoices
- Ability to post manual journals to P&L and control accounts
- Understanding and processing of intercompany transactions
- Resolving and clearing queries on the ledgers
- Building relationships with purchasing teams and departments
- Liaising with staff at all levels
- Keeping up with daily duties and controlling the flow of paperwork for signature
