All Access Training Ltd is a CISRS Accredited Training Centre based in Glasgow.
A fantastic opportunity is available for a Sales and Training Coordinator to join our team of professional full-time/part time staff.

The Sales and Training Coordinator will support the Training Centre Manager ensuring efficient operation of the Centre and other areas of the company as required.
**Responsibilities will be**:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Manage internal and external customer enquiries.
- Develop new sales/marketing pitches, promotional offers, etc.
- Identify opportunities for new business and growth.
- Occasional travel to industry events, off-site meetings or training, meetings with customers or prospects, etc.
- Training Centre administration including but not limited to course bookings, invoicing, preparation of classrooms for training courses and meetings, provide general support to visitors, equipment and material ordering, registering and resulting qualifications, updating training records and training plans.
- Consulting with awarding bodies and maintaining records in compliance with quality standards.
- Undertake any other duties commensurate with the post as required.
- Assist Administration team duties (holiday/absence)
**Essential**
- Experience of a customer facing role (internal and/or external customers)
- Experience of working in a fast-paced training/service centre environment.
- IT literacy - Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to customer service.
- Ability to develop relationships with other staff and Clients.
- Accuracy and mindfulness in relation to data entry and management.
- Ability and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Commitment to continued professional development.
**Desirable**
- Previous experience working within a training centre.
- Previous experience working with CISRS part 1. Part 2, advanced paperwork.
- Further education qualification in administration or business management
- Knowledge of working with awarding bodies such as CITB, CPCS, NPORS, SQA etc
- Knowledge of Basic Scaffolding.

- £13,000 - £15,000 depending on experience
