Head of Brand

**Head of Brand (3-6 month contract)**

As Head of Brand, you will lead the brand strategy for the division and drive delivery of the strategy, inclusive of communication, campaigns and network building

This is a hybrid position. You will be required to work 50% of the time in our Burton on Trent office or in our pubs and can work 50% of the time from home.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and grow the brand through compelling brand propositions suitable for the target audiences
- Lead the food proposition and parameters and work with drinks category team on the range for the brand
- Development of brand level campaigns including ATL and PR
- Build and deliver a brand with a strong ROI in terms of performance, cash margin (strong sales growth food and drink), volume growth and brand awareness
- Effectively manage the budget for the brand
- Strong awareness of insight around the market, guest, competitors, trends and evolve offer where appropriate in response
- Communicate effectively, building and maintaining relationships across all areas of the business
- Lead, develop, coach and motivate all team members within your managed brand

**About You**
- Strong Brand/Marketing knowledge and experience, ideally gained within a B2C environment.
- Significant experience operating in a Head of Brand or Brand Lead role.
- Ability to think strategically about Brand direction.
- People management skills - engages and effectively leads a high performing team and has a style of operation that delivers excellent results through people.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with excellent influencing skills coupled with the ability to impact across a variety of stakeholders
- Data rational with an excellent understanding of financial reporting and sales information and measuring the ROI for campaigns and initiatives.
- Highly resilient and works with pace, attention to detail, focus and optimism, to overcome obstacles and deliver against the plan.
- Listens to team members, actively contributes and shows commitment to building relationships within the team and also the wider business.
- Communicates and presents clearly and with confidence to gain commitment and support.
