**About the role**
You will support the Marketing Director to ensure you are developing and delivering the strategic marketing plan for a selection of brands within our Destination Food Brands division. Leading a team of Marketing Managers and Marketing Executives, you will beresponsible for the evolution of the food, drink, entertainment, pricing and promotional mix, as well as all planned and tactical campaigns, calendar of events and campaigns for each brand in the division, to drive optimal mix of profitable sales. This roleis field based, leading a team based in Burton-on-Trent, so some time will be required in Burton-on-Trent.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement the strategic marketing plan, to drive sales and profit in line with our Brand propositions, through innovation and tested activities.
- Effectively communicate the marketing plan, persuading key stakeholders and optimising ease of implementation in pub
- Deliver the Divisional business plan in conjunction with the Marketing Director, Business Unit Directors and Divisional MD's
- Collaborate with our colleagues in Digital / CRM and Communications (PR internal and external) to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness and visit frequency etc.creating compelling content for amplification.
- Maintain a clear understanding of market, hospitality, our competitors, consumer trends and insight, building agility into plans where opportunities and risks present themselves
- Support the Marketing Director to lead in commercial forecasting for Division, accountable for delivering required performance.
- Lead the evolution of Brand Offers (Food, Drink, Entertainment, Big Date activity etc) to maximise our customer experiences and sales
- Seek appropriate 3rd Party partners to support Brand awareness, customer acquisition and innovation to deliver a 'best in class' customer journey
- Develop a high performing team, supporting personal development with clear succession plans in place.

**About You**
You'll be passionate about delivering amazing experiences and be up to date with all thing's hospitality. You will be a role model for our values and drive our culture, providing leadership for your team to ensure they can deliver outstanding customer experiences.You will deliver the marketing plan and strategies, to drive awareness, consideration and drive interest and sales, in line with brand propositions. You're great with people, and as a result have great communication and leadership skills.
