**Head of Creative Management**
**Role Purpose**
To build and lead a Greene King in-house Creative team. You will bring a mix of marketing expertise and business understanding to the position, liaising with senior stakeholders on their creative needs and how best to deliver on these needs across digital and traditional media.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Create and deliver the content strategy to engage customer across the divisions to drive visits, booking and customer engagement
- Build, lead and review work of the creative team in the production of all digital and marketing collateral
- Spearhead and manage content strategy for both small-scale and large-scale projects, harnessing strategy, digital and brand design, compelling content, and technology
- Collaborate with the divisional and central marketing departments in developing marketing plans, analysing results, and identifying opportunities
- Ensure content strategies mirrors insight from customers and our strategic segmentation
- Develop marketing campaigns that translate across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies
- To lead the ways of working between the creative team and the business units
- Build and lead a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, photographers/videographers, creative strategists and traffic/account managers in the development of messages, campaigns and projects
- Prioritise work and resources across engagements based on short, medium and long-term needs, establishing production schedules by collaborating with creative, marketing, brand and digital teams
- Integrate creative across channels to provide a consistent customer proposition and messaging
- Educate the business on how to continue to maximise value from an in-house creative team, including the right processes, tools and ways of working to enable the team to deliver for its stakeholders
- To build the creative team in line with future ambitions
- Support integration of new technologies to improve effectiveness and automation
**About You**
- Experience building, developing and leading creative teams, in-house or agency side
- Able to develop a compelling vision and articulate this to all types of stakeholders
- Previous experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, but also understand offline and print
- Proven experience with concept development
- Highly skilled with leading a team of creative talent
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
- Track record of leading creative strategy and implementation within leading consumer brands
- Demonstrable experience of driving incremental value via creative means
- Multi-brand experience, able to consider variable needs to multiple stakeholders across a business
- Creative thought leader capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience developing and implementing training programmes, both for creative team members and internal/external stakeholders
- Good knowledge of consumer psychology and the architecture of choice and how it is presented online
