We are looking for a **Fleet Team Leaders**

As a **Fleet Team Leader** you will handle every aspect of client-interaction, from relationship management to the direct coaching of staff. **Responsibilities**:

- Organise the delivery and collection of vehicles to maximise service standards and minimise costs.
- Be commercially aware and identify and report new business opportunities.
- Liaise with Station Manager, internal departments and other stations to source fleet that is necessary to meet customer needs.
- Ensure accurate completion of all administrative duties including fuel documentation.
- Organise repairs and warranty work to vehicles where necessary in accordance with Operating Procedures.
- Ensure the security of vehicles, staff, customers and premises and completion of end of day fleet checks.
- Ensure SLAs are achieved.

**Key skills and attributes**:

- **A full, valid clean driving licence, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience is required**:

- Good organisation and planning skills.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
- Display confidence when dealing with people at all levels and the ability to listen.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Attention to detail and excellent administration skills.
- Ability to work to procedures and follow instruction.
