**TEAM LEADER**

**COTY LUXURY, LONDON HEATHROW**

**ROLE SUMMARY**

The Team Leader is the everyday contact for the store team and they are the right hand person for the retail specialist on the shop floor. They share Coty’s communication and are in charge of ensuring BA have all the right tools to sell on the shop floor(tester, planograms updated, merchandising guidelines.). They are responsible to deliver sales targets in a specific store by making sure to execute in-store excellence and provide information and influence customers.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**

**Team working**
- To maintain excellent communication with other members of the team, the Business Account Manager and Area Manager
- Achieve sales targets
- Maintain counter hygiene
- Maintain counter merchandising and VM
- To keep informed of all Company initiatives
- To demonstrate ownership for counter/area and daily responsibilities
- Be the everyday contact for the Dufry trading managers
- confidence in communicating to store and agency management is essential

**Customer Service**
- To Sell to shoppers, leading by example with customer service and product knowledge
- To build relationships with customers to sell, influence and persuade them to buy
- To find and suggest alternative and add-on sales
- To deal with problems and complaints effectively
- To deliver Customer Service standards in line with Service Excellence

**Standards**
- To provide information for weekly reports to team leaders outlining any factors effecting business, great wins for the team and an analysis of the last weeks sales figures from a shop floor point of view.
- To accurately complete Company paperwork within set guidelines and time limits
- To submit weekly and monthly sales figures with trading comments on time
- To adhere to Company uniform and grooming guidelines
- To ensure the effective and efficient running of the account at all times
- To maintain housekeeping routines and Company standards of visual display, in line with store guidelines
- Be active on WLB

**Skills/Experience**
- Previous similar experience
- Excellent communication
- Excellent Customer service and Selling skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Numeracy and literacy
- Use of IT tools such as Excel.
- Reliability
