Overview of the HR Integration Lead**:
As the HR Integration Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a small team to design, build and test all in scope integrations for the HR Transformation Programme.The HR Integration Lead will help transition the company's current HR platformonto a new Oracle HCM platform so experience of Oracle HCM is an essential to this role. The HR Integration Lead will support the analysis, design & development of a more strategic integrated technology platform, that aims to reduce manual activity, increasedata quality, transparency, supportability, and security.
**Duties of the HR Integration Role**:

- Leading the overall end-to-end gathering of requirements, design and documentation of system integrations; to include detailed specifications of data and data mappings, functional design and technical build requirements
- Collaborating with the data migration and functional team to ensure data design, functionality, and processes are aligned
- Planning, developing and performing unit testing, providing support to resolve defects raised during SIT and UAT
- Working with Subject Matter Experts, Functional and Integration teams to identify, define, collate, and document the business requirements for data migration
- Coaching and mentoring and guiding the Integration Team in the provision of secure and robust Data Integration Services
- Ensuring the delivery of Diversity & Inclusion Services that are robust, effective, and thorough in a way that does not denigrate the customer experience.

- Knowledge of Data Management
- Knowledge of ETL & data integration tools, techniques and methodologies and knowledge of a wide range Data Integration Platforms
- Knowledge of Data Storage and structuring approaches such as Data Warehousing & Data Lakes
- Knowledge working with various Data Streams and velocities advantageous
- Knowledge of delivering integrations as a service advantageous
- Experience of documenting integration requirements
- Experience of the design and build of Oracle or Workday HCM related integrations
- In a previous role you will have lead a small teams of developers, or integration specialists
- You will have supported end-to-end implementations associated with HCM’s
- Experience in using and developing APIs and using event-based integrations
