Our HR team provides dedicated and tailored professional support and guidance across the Trust on a full range of people related issues.

Job Details

Line Manager: Chief Finance & Operations Officer (CFOO)

Travel Required: Yes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals

  • Lead the HR Team in the delivery of the strategy across the Trust

  • Manage complex employee relations casework

  • Support the efficient and effective recruitment of staff across the Trust

  • Produce management reports and undertake statistical analysis, reporting HR metrics What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in HR

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks

efficiently.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage sensitive information with discretion.

  • A collaborative team player with leadership qualities and a keen eye for detail.
