**Fixed Asset Accounting Manager (Qualified) - Fareham - up to £70K**

An incredible opportunity to join a large EMEA Shared Service Centre in a Senior Finance Position.

This global powerhouse of an organisation has been leading their industry in size, scope, innovation, and employee satisfaction for more than 40 years.

This role is demanding as it is rewarding, and you'll need previous experience leading a team within an EMEA Shared Service Centre (SSC) environment whilst operating within a US GAAP & Sox controlled environment.

**Your core responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Responsible for the management of the Shared Services Fixed Asset & Leasing Team
- Manage the regional fixed asset & lease portfolios, ensuring reporting is aligned with US GAAP, internal controls, and Company Policies.
- Support business initiatives related to Fixed Asset & Leasing, and ensure efficient process created to report on them, an example Super Tax deduction.
- Drive Fixed Asset process, managing the execution of daily activities, including asset verification
- Contributing to monthly regional finance meetings with the in-market finance managers, fostering a collaborative environment and 'One team' approach.
- Ensuring correct processes followed for acquisitions, transfers from CIP, disposals in a timely manner and in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Working closely with Internal/External Audit to provide support through SOX and yearend Integrated audits, including information for Local GAAP Statutory submissions
- Partnering with the EMEA Risk & Controls Manager, to remediate audit findings
- Ensuring documentation of financial processes for audit is reviewed quarterly (including Flowcharts and MRCs)
- Support Shared Service implementation of Oracle, proactively seeking efficiencies and challenging our processes
- Leading a team of 3 direct staff, including a qualified accountant, providing direction & coaching, to provide business confidence in fixed asset and lease reporting
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 5+ years post qualified experience
- Ideally, experience of working in a multi-cultural, international Finance Shared Service Centre role
- Will have managed a team
