**Sales Estimator/Sales Order Processor**

**The role**:

We are searching for an experienced and diligent Sales estimator/Sales Order Processor to join our growing team to serve both new and existing clientele.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide swift and precise estimates for the delivery and installation of specialist doors, shutters, grilles, and related products.
- Thoroughly review customer specifications and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Strictly adhere to safety regulations, in alignment with the organization's HSE Management System.
- Execute all tasks in accordance with Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in the Door Industry and/or Construction Knowledge.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings with an aptitude for understanding technical specifications.
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in IT systems, with Microsoft Office proficiency; familiarity with Opera 3 is advantageous, with full training provided.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and highly organised
- Adaptable and flexible approach
- Numerically proficient
- Awareness of Health, Safety, and Environmental standards (HSE).
- Dedication to customer satisfaction and a strong focus on quality.
- Qualifications or prior experience in estimating Price and Deliveries (P&D) for various types of doors and components.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bristol, BS5 7UY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales Estimating: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
