Bristol, United Kingdom Bristol Flooring and Carpet Outbound Sales Full time

Based in our Bristol office covering the local area, we are looking for an experienced outbound sales representative looking to build off their experience and grow a sales team within the next three years.

The outbound sales representative will
- Generate their own leads
- Accurately record and update all business activity on our CRM - with weekly/monthly progress reports
- Follow up on order enquiries (attending sites to measure up when required confidently persuading and promoting Omega’s service offering
- To ensure all quotations are commercially costed taking into account of plant, labour, materials and time requirements
- Experience in selling within the industry
- The ability to persuade, influence and negotiate
- An understanding of the importance of building strong customer relationships in securing new business, supporting a high level of contract retention and repeat business
- Drive and passion necessary to grow both profit and order intake, ideally in a similar environment
- Have the ability to understand and translate the needs of the client
- Attention to detail
- A valid driving license

Pay: £20,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
