**As a Reservationist you will be required to**:

- Interact with customers in a professional, friendly, and confident manner
- Be passionate, friendly, warm, and cheerful
- Be well organised and take pride in presentation
- Handle guest reservations and bookings to the correct standard
- Communicate and share knowledge with other hotel departments, on a regular basis
- Assisting with general enquiries
- Build rapport with guests in order to maximise sales opportunities and generate future business
- Work closely with the Front office team to ensure a smooth, effective, and courteous service at all times
- Have access to your own transport due to location
- Have an excellent customer focused manner at all times
- Previous Experience in 5-star luxury hotels essential
- Previous experience of Opera, Sevenrooms and Quadranet (desirable) but can be fully trained
- Have a proactive positive attitude
- Have good organisation skills and time management
- Have well-developed communication skills
- Have teamwork, flexibility, and interpersonal skills
- Be always presented to a high standard
- Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to focus in a busy environment
