**What you’ll be doing**
- You will be required to undertake evening, weekend, early and late shifts
- To be a focal point for hotel guests and employees when on shift
- Handle all external & internal calls in the correct manner ensuring that guest requests are met
- Handle guest reservations & bookings to the correct standard
- Ensure knowledge of the hotel, clients and services are maintained at all times

Can I get to Lympstone Manor via public transport?
- You can take the coastal train from Exeter St. Davids or Exeter Central train stations, take the Exmouth train and exit at Lympstone village. It is a 15 minute walk to Lympstone Manor from the train station.
