We have an amazing opportunity for a permanent, full time Pastry Chef de Partie to join an exceptional kitchen team and work alongsidetalented, committed, and passionate chefs who are looking to progress a career within hospitality.**

**As a Pastry Chef de Partie you will be required to**:

- Work with fresh seasonal ingredients
- Work in a timely manner whilst maintaining the high-end food
- Modify dishes to meet customers dietary requirements
- Be fully aware of all Health and Safety policy and procedures relevant to your role and department
- Ensure monthly stock takes are done by the period end
- Have access to your own transport due to location or prepared to relocate with live-in accommodation available
- Have a background of producing very high-quality fresh food
- Have a good understanding of produce and ingredients
- Have an excellent customer focused manner at all times
- Previous Experience in high end hotels
- Have a proactive positive attitude
- Have good organisation skills and time management
- Have well-developed communication skills
- Have teamwork, flexibility, and interpersonal skills
- Be always presented to a high standard
- Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to focus in a busy environment
- Be able to work well under pressure
