**Job Title: Property Executive**

**About Us**: Fenton and Scott is dedicated to bridging the gap between property owners and charitable organisations. We work to match vacant properties with charities in need of space, creating mutually beneficial arrangements that support community development and social good. We are seeking a property executive with a background in property management to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Liaison with Landlords**: Build and maintain relationships with landlords, understanding their property portfolios and availability.
- **Liaison with Charities**: Build and maintain relationships with charities, understanding their needs and future aspirations.
- **Matchmaking**: Identify and match suitable landlords with suitable charities to maximise opportunities for both.
- **Organise Viewings**: Coordinate and schedule property viewings.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate conditions between landlords and charities, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Deal Closure**: Facilitate the closing of deals, ensuring all legal and procedural aspects are handled efficiently.
- **Market Analysis**: Keep abreast of the Scottish property market trends to provide informed advice and recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year experience in property management, real estate, or a related field.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the Scottish property market and the unique needs of charitable organisations.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with keen attention to detail.
- **Organisation**: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel across Scotland as required.

**Hours**: 9:00am - 5:00pm

**Salary**:Negotiable

This position is in our Leith Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
