**Salary**: £25,000- £33,000 pro-rated depending on experience. plus full benefits listed below.
Contract: Permanent - Part Time (28 hrs per week)

About the role
Reporting to the Property Support Manager, you’ll work within a team of 6, a small close-knit and high-performing team. The role involves providing comprehensive reporting and administrative activities for Star Pubs Property Team along with the wider Heineken UK Estate. The Property Coordinator is a functional expert on hand to assist the Property function in delivering large scale CAPEX projects and process management across the Star Pubs estate. This role adds value by providing insightful reporting across all Property activities.
The Property Team is made up of both Coordinator and Executive roles that play a pivotal part in the successful delivery of our Star Pubs Capital Investment programmes. Not only does the team provide administrative duties but also identifies blockers & pain points, and they collaborate to simplify & improve processes across the Property team with objectives that are key to hitting business targets.

We’re looking for someone who can provide that first-class service to their stakeholders This role suits someone who will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working on multiple activities and is able to effectively prioritise. Experience working with customers and dealing with systems would help you in this role.
If you;
- Have a flexible approach and are comfortable in ambiguity.
- Support the team with delivery of KPIs acting as an escalation point to support Property Executives & Manager
- Demonstrate high level of attention to detail and ability to manage a heavy workload through effective organisation
- Ability to plan and create structured diary management
- Experience in managing internal & external stakeholders
- Works well under pressure and to time constraints
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Have ability to drive projects forward from start to finish.

Our ways of working
Our office sites operate a hybrid model. For full time colleagues you’ll spend Tuesdays, Thursdays and one other day in the office and two days from home, although but you’re more than welcome to come and work from the office on those days too.
We’re currently gearing up for an exciting move In 2025, we’ll be relocating from our current location at Broadway Park (on the outskirts of Edinburgh) to a modern, flexible working space in the heart of the city centre.
There'll be plenty of support for colleagues during the transition to the new location, so stay tuned, and once you're onboard you'll have access to a SharePoint site with further details.
