We have an opportunity for a hardworking, independent and confident office administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. The position will be 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday (hours to be discussed). Please note that this is an office based role not homeworking.

Your new role will include but not be limited to;
- Answering telephones - customer queries
- Booking appointments with our customers
- General office duties
- Diary Management for multiple engineers
- Processing paperwork/Invoicing
- Communicating with Suppliers
- Accounting duties
- Chase Outstanding Invoices - Debts

Requirements for the role;
- Confident communicator
- Great attention to detail
- Punctual
- Confident with Microsoft office systems
- Be able to work on own initiative
