This is a permanent position for an Administrator to join a successful and progressive Water Hygiene / Treatment company. The main duty of this role is to provide administration support to the team and fulfil contractual obligations for our clients. The post is based in our Sandbach offices and the hours of work would be Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.

**Day to day**
- Liaise with customers to book requested jobs and manage the day to day administration of customer contracts
- Obtaining the relevant reports and paperwork from engineers and ensure they are submitted to the company database and/or customer databases on a daily basis
- Uploading information to the clients web based portal systems as required
- Issuing jobs to engineers and ensuring relevant details are available for engineers to complete jobs.
- Liaison with the team from engineer to director level.
- Chase engineers for the closure of the tasks on the company database system
- Raising of purchase orders.
- Ensure that the invoices for the customer match the tasks issued.
- Assist in the preparation of invoices for specific contracts
- Ensure that the Company is presented in a good light at all times.
- Follow Company administration procedures.
- Carry out any other reasonable instruction from the Management team.
- Use of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel Spreadsheets and Powerpoint

**Person Specification**:

- Self-motivated and pre-developed.
- To be able to problem solve and be active in resolving customer queries.
- To be able to work on database systems inputting tasks and results.
- Teamwork - actively contributes to the team and strives to improve teams' effectiveness through personal commitment.
- Planning, Organizing & Executing - able to understand the priorities, plan and organize the work and manage own time to deliver within the expected timescales.
- Communication - communicates clearly and concisely, impressing others and ensuring understanding of all relevant information in all circumstances.
- Preferably have some knowledge of the water hygiene industry (not essential as full training can be given).
