We have an opportunity for a hardworking, independent and confident office administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. The position will be 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-2pm. Please note that this is an office based role not homeworking.

Your new role will include but not be limited to;
- Answering telephones - customer queries
- Booking appointments with our customers
- General office duties
- Diary Management for multiple engineers
- Processing paperwork/Invoicing
- Communicating with Suppliers
- Accounting duties
- Chase Outstanding Invoices - Debts

Requirements for the role;
- Confident communicator
- Great attention to detail
- Punctual
- Confident with Microsoft office systems
- Be able to work on own initiative

**Salary**: £10.50- £11.50 per hour depending on experience
