Climate Energy Group are currently looking for an exceptional, individual to provide effective logístical administrative support to the Climate Team, with a particular focus on coordinating the incident management and effective scheduling and communication of the electrical engineers, utilising the defined processes and systems. You will play an active role as part of the logistics team, ensuring that all deliverables are met.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Managing and Scheduling & Maintenance of Engineers and their work diaries
- Monitoring vehicles via trackers
- Booking of Hotels & organising of travel itineraries
- Maintenance support for clients
- Maintaining Company Database
- Collation of Engineers Commissioning Paperwork
- Liaising with clients
- Weekly reporting

**Skills / Experience Required**
- Good understanding of office administration
- Professional and friendly approach
- Must possess an excellent understanding of Excel, Word, Outlook
- Must have experience with call logging systems
- The ability to work both as part of a team or alone, using own initiative.
- General geographical skills
- Multi-tasking skills are essential.
- Possess strong self-management, time management and personal organisation skills.
- Credible to liaise with all levels of the organisation, and with external clients.
- Have a flexible approach and be energetic and committed.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment.

**Skills / Experience Required or willing to learn.**
- NVQs in business administration
- Maintaining up to date social media channels including writing Blogs and preparing and submitting social media posts

**Work Details** Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:00pm

Hours of work to be discussed at interview stage

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Salary**: £18,000.00 to £22,000.00/year dependent on skill and experience (based on a 37.5 hours per week)
