Sitewatch Fire & Surveillance Limited are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator with a proven track record of working effectively in a very busy role with multiple administration tasks. Ability to meet deadlines with excellent attention to detail. This role would suit an individual that enjoys being busy with a challenging work load and able to work on their own initiative.
Training and support will be given. Programmes used daily are Word, Excel, Outlook, Extreme Accounts/Job Costing and Win Sims & Win Specs.
Ideally you will be a car owner/driver due to it's location.
Salary negotiable depending upon experience £21k to £25k
Full Time Monday to Friday. Hours 8.30am to 5.30pm with one hour for lunch.
**Duties will include**:
- Answer telephones & front of house reception
- Greeting visitors and making refreshments
- Accept deliveries and keep the goods received book updated when deliveries arriving and when Engineers have signed for the kit to take to site
- Sort goods to be returned and the supporting paperwork
- Transferring stock onto system
- Placing stationery orders and keep track of stationery in the stores
- General filing
- Checking supplier/customer statements
- Sales invoices and credit control
- General office duties and supporting the Manager with any other duties
- General up keep of the office ensuring it's tidy and all environmental waste is collected and the site looks professional and welcoming
- Opening and locking up the premises
**Essential skills**:
- Confident telephone manner
- Good I.T. skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel & Outlook
- A good standard of English and Maths, in particular good with numbers (attention to detail)
- Organised with the ability to prioritise
**Personal skills**:
Reliable, hardworking, able to work on own initiative and part of a team environment, proactive and reactive to the needs of the business. Someone that wants to get involved and build on this job role.
