**Job Introduction**:
Global Travel Retail (GTR) is the shop window to the world Exceptionally showcasing our iconic and award-winning luxury spirits portfolio across international airport stores and cruise ships. The future is extremely bright for our premium and luxury spirits portfolio within the travel retail channel, and this role will be critical to the success of our growth plans.
**Main Responsibility**:
In this high-impact role, you will lead category strategies, leveraging customer data, shopper insights, and market analysis to enhance brand presence and performance. You'll be a key driver of the annual planning cycle, collaborate with the global insights / analytics teams and identify new growth opportunities aligned with business objectives. As a member of the leadership team, you'll manage a high-performing team, optimize brand activation and investment and play a key role in shaping the GTR agenda. You will need strong commercial acumen, with strong category management experience at a senior level, as well as extensive experience leveraging customer, category and shopper data to drive brand and business performance. It is essential you are analytical as well having strong people skills to build a high performing team, partner with key stakeholders and contribute as part of the GTR leadership team. You will be agile to identify opportunities through analysis that enable performance and should have experience with Route to Consumer programmes as well as Measurement and Evaluation delivery.
It’s essential you can confidently create, present and deliver strategic commercial arguments, grounded in insight and analysis, that are financially sound and deliver growth. You’ll be a motivated commercial leader with the ability to work in collaboration with multi-cultural teams from different functions, time-zones and markets to achieve the best results. Occasional international travel is a requirement, you’ll have a strong cultural awareness and the ability to speak more than one language is a benefit but not essential.
