**The role**:
**The things you’ll do**:
- Deliver a great Workplace Experience, directly in our Richmond Head Office, and indirectly across our other sites and remote teams
- Manage the day to day office routines, including ordering, supplier management, supplies and maintenance
- Lead on the planning and execution of our milestone company events, in a way that is aligned with our culture and values
- Be an active member of our Talent and Engagement team, supporting on company wide Employee engagement initiatives, such as engagement surveys
- Support, and at times lead, on ad hoc projects related to Health & Safety, facilities management, or office refurbishment
**The skills you’ll bring**:
- Previous experience in day to day office management, ideally in a business with multiple sites
- A track record of delivering engaging company events that inspire employees and support a wider employee engagement plan
- An enthusiastic communication style, both verbal and written; we have multiple sites across, two countries, and a diverse pack, so you’ll need to be able to communicate well to all
- An ability to manage stakeholders across all levels, taking input from various sources and synthesising them to deliver your plan
Given the nature of this role, the expectation is that you will be based permanently from our Richmond office with occasional hybrid working.

- _If selected, you will then have a video call with the Hiring Manager for around 30 minutes to understand more about your skills and experience._
- _If successful, you will be invited to the office to present a task, and meet some other members of the team for around 90 minutes._
- _The final stage would be a wrap up with the hiring manager and another people team member for 30 minutes._
