**Nomad Digital is seeking a Head of it's Project Management Office to work with it's Global Delivery Team across the world.**

This new role will work to create a full Project Management Office (PMO) within the Delivery department to help drive improvements in the overall Project Management by standardising processes and driving efficiencies to ensure all projects are setup and reported in a consistent manner in-line with Nomad’s policies and procedures.

With the underpinning directive of delivering business improvements and the subsequent realisation of tangible and intangible benefits, this role will be central to delivering operational effectiveness and optimising the support infrastructure for the department and wider business dependencies.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Overall responsibility for the Project Management Office (PMO).
- Working with the Delivery Director to create a World Class Delivery organization founded on Best Practices.
- Ensuring all projects are setup and reported in a consistent manner in-line with Nomad’s policies and procedures.
- Presenting essential KPI data within dashboards.
- Assisting with the prioritization of projects.
- Coordinating business resource management and tracking utilization.
- Helping to develop and improve Project Risk management and reporting.
- Identifying, addressing and resolving project issues.
- Collaborating with cross-functional leaders across the organization to support the Company strategy and goals.
- Looking to develop and improve on company processes.
- Coordinating PM training.
- Assisting with Project close out and the documentation of Lessons Learned.

**Qualification & **experience **requirements**:

- University degree either technical / business / project mgmt. or equivalent professional experience
- Preferably PMP certified or able to demonstrate significant project management experience
- Extensive Project Management experience having worked on multiple technical projects
- Working within the railway environment (Desirable)
- Commercial/legal understanding related to project execution
- Experienced at project planning and reporting
