**Location**:Hybrid working**, you'll be based at our vibrant Leicester office with a mix of in-office and home working. All you need to work from home is a stable internet connection and a quiet space to work. We'll kit youout with a new Microsoft Surface 4 laptop.

**Shift Pattern: Full Time**:Monday to Friday, rotational shift pattern between the hours of 8am - 7pm.**NO WEEKENDS OR LATE NIGHTS**

**Contract: Permanent**

**Salary: £21,650 per annum and opportunity to develop and earn up to £24,000.**

**What will I be doing?**

As a Customer service advisor within retentions, you will be working in a busy call centre as part of a fast paced and target driven loyalty and renewals teams. This role requires great communication skills, the ability to overcome customer objections andfocus on customer satisfaction at the core of every decision. The calls you receive will be varied; they could include changes to existing policies, giving quotes, taking payments supporting customers in financial difficulty, handling complaints and retainingcustomers who are looking to cancel with us. All calls are inbound, so you won't have to make any unexpected outbound calls at all Your days will be filled with helping our amazing customers who turn to you for your expert knowledge. (Don't worry, becomingan expert takes time, you will receive all the support you need until you reach this stage).

**What we're looking for?**

- Previous experience in meeting customer expectations and delivering positive commercial outcomes in a sales or service environment.

- Excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
- Ability to overcome customer objections and drive a positive resolution.
- Computer skills: you'll take inbound calls whilst navigating our in-house software.

We also provide the potential to gain an insurance professional qualification via the senior financialcustomer service advisor apprenticeship programme.
