**Job Title** - Customer Service Advisor

**Location** - Leicester

**Salary** - Up to £22,900

**Type** - Full Time, permanent

**Benefits** - Pension, holiday plus many more

**Hours** - Monday - Friday

**What would I be doing?**

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be talking to customers on the telephone and to advise and assist them on a variety of topics, ranging from products to complaints.

Here are a few other areas you will be responsible for:

- Assisting customers with queries via the telephone
- Maintaining records
- Processing Orders
- Notify customers of any problems with agreed delivery dates
- Working to targets and KPI’s
- Liaising with other teams to make sure customers receive the best service from the whole business

**What the company requires?**

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will have gained experience from a similar role and have an in-depth knowledge of customer service techniques and ideally the below:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Motivated and target driven
- Excellent communicator
- Willing to learn and develop

**Salary**: From £9.50 per hour

- Leicester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
