Our office and production studio is based in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle, in a beautiful warehouse conversion that we renovated in 2020. We currently operate under a hybrid model with everyone spending two days a week on site.

**Mission and Role Overview**

The mission of theSocial Media & Influencer Marketing Executive is to manage the social media platforms for Hovia (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Pinterest) and build the brand community. Through this, you will build strong relationships with influencers and help implement a collaboration and partnership strategy with support from the Content Marketing Manager and wider marketing and design teams.

**Role Objectives & Outcomes/Goals**
- Working with the wider marketing team to create and execute an ambitious social media strategy
- Grow the community engagement levels on Hovia social media platforms
- Raise awareness of the Hovia brand
- Build a portfolio of influencers for ongoing collaborations and UGC

**Role Responsibilities**
- Create a Social Media content plan with a focus on developing cross-platform social media content for all the Hovia target markets
- Management of company's social media which will involve scheduling posts, responding to enquiries, following relevant accounts and liking their posts, sharing customer/influencer posts, boosting posts, etc
- Taking the lead and a proactive role in content creation approving copy for all channels, creating reels and TikTok's, and visuals that are in-line with brand guidelines and tone of voice
- Actively sourcing, managing and developing relationships with social media influencers to grow brand awareness, increase social following, increase the volume of UGC available for other channels
- Working with Marketing team on content for social media posts, blogs, articles, B2B marketing materials, video etc
- Briefing Design and Studio team on requirements for future campaigns (owned and collaborative)
- Developing and owning an ongoing gifting strategy for the brand ensuring we are reaching the most relevant influencers and utilising the partnerships
- Reporting on performance with a review on future proposals/ improvements whilst assessing against competitor activity and industry trends

**Skills, Competencies and Experience**
- Strong social content management and project coordination experience with the ability to forward plan
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to relay information back to stakeholders internally and externally
- Creative mind with the ability to think outside the box
- A confident writer who understands the importance of representing a brand
- Experience in a similar role or university placement would be advantageous

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
