Social Media Assistant

Our company is looking for a graduate/undergraduate Creative Social Media Assistant responsible for maintaining social media accounts on various platforms. **Responsibilities**
- To help reach the company's marketing goals and objectives.
- To assist online multi-channel marketing campaigns, content creation, content planning, monitoring and updating.
- Create social media content.
- Be creative with content design.
- Be familiar with social media metrics.
- Be able to set up new social media accounts and post content to them regularly.
- Be familiar with analytics programs such as Google Analytics or similar.
- Create engaging and relevant content for each social media account.
- Track and monitor performance of each individual post and of each social media account in general.
- Be familiar with social media marketing best practices.
- To assist with creating digital content using **Photoshop**.
- To create marketing materials and literature, including updating and printing flyers, posters, brochures and presentations.
- To assist with social media community management.
- To assist with influencer marketing.
- To assist with reporting, including analysing data to prepare reports to measure the performance of campaigns using tools like **Google Analytics**.
- To send out e-marketing mail shots using the company's designated platform.
- To research market trends, demographics, pricing strategies, and other relevant information that helps managers and directors develop marketing plans.
- To support the Marketing team in coordinating franchise local marketing content creation and social media campaign management, as well as all store opening campaigns.
- Travel to clients' locations for reporting when required.
- To lead on and manage all social media campaigns.
- To manage the annual social media calendar and forward plan campaigns.
- To maintain online customer feedback and review platforms.
- To analyse surveys, polls, and other market research to look for patterns and trends.
- To create graphs, reports, and detailed data analysis using computer software.
- To deliver competitor analysis and market research reports on research findings through written documents and verbal presentations.

**Skills and experiences**
- Social media creativity - copywriting skills and a good eye for design.
- Fluent English Speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting, grammar, and spelling.
- Photography - a good eye for photography, and can take insta story quality photos/videos.
- Constant understanding of the latest/best publishing practices.
- Constant understanding of cultural and online trends.
- Photoshop or equivalent experience.
- A strong understanding of the social media landscape and tools.
- Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and stay organised.
- Report weekly and monthly on social media performance. Analyse social media traffic and develop actions to improve campaign performance. Identify online social media and product trends to optimise spend and campaign performance.
