Content Creator to join our team and help us elevate our online presence.

Job Overview: As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for implementing

our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and managing our online communities. You will

play a crucial role in building brand awareness, driving engagement, and increasing our online reach.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across various

social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn,

and TikTok, using Hootsuite.

2. Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics, making data-driven

recommendations for optimization.

3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media

technologies to ensure our strategy remains cutting-edge.

4. Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a

timely and professional manner.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure a

cohesive brand presence across all channels.

6. Stay informed about industry best practices and competitors' social media activities to

identify opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent

experience.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (Meta, Hootsuite,

Asana)
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with paid social advertising is a plus.
