About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Graphic Design Executive to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and a passion for social media strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for the creation, management, and execution of engaging content across multiple platforms, while maintaining brand voice and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Design

  • Design compelling visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and similar tools.
  • Develop branded assets such as graphics, reels, infographics, promotional materials, and social templates.
  • Assist in creating marketing collateral for digital and print campaigns.

Social Media Management

  • Manage daily activity across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Plan and schedule posts across multiple brands.
  • Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build a community around the brand.
  • Strategically use Stories, Reels, carousels, and other features to drive reach and engagement.

Marketing Support

  • Support marketing campaigns with digital strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Contribute to email marketing, blogs, and newsletters when required.
  • Assist in gathering insights and analytics to report on content performance and make recommendations for improvements.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role in social media, marketing, or digital content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and similar editing/design software.
  • Strong understanding of current social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage multiple channels at once.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Photography/video editing skills, basic animation, or knowledge of paid social media advertising.
