About the Role

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing and Social Media Assistant to join our team.

This position suits someone with a strong visual eye, great communication skills, and a passion social media strategy. You'll support the marketing team by creating content, managing platforms, and helping deliver engaging campaigns that stay true to our brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Design

  • Produce high quality visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and similar tools.
  • Create branded assets including graphics, reels, infographics, promotional materials, and social templates.

Social Media Management

  • Oversee day to day activity across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across multiple brands.
  • Monitor engagement, interact with followers, and help strengthen the online community.
  • Use Stories, Reels, carousels, and other formats to increase reach and engagement.

Marketing Support

  • Assist with digital marketing campaigns aligned to business goals.
  • Contribute to email marketing, blog posts, and newsletters where needed.
  • Collect insights and analytics to evaluate content performance and suggest improvements.

Skills & Requirements

  • Previous experience in social media, marketing, or digital content creation.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and similar design tools.
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects, work to deadlines, and manage various channels.
  • Comfortable working both independently and within a fast paced team.
  • Bonus: Photography/video skills, basic animation, or experience with paid ads.
