We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is fluent in German to join our Customer Services team in Wimborne - Hybrid working will be available.
As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be making every interaction feel individual and personalised, and to resolution. You will keep keeping the customer informed throughout to encourage growth and retention with our partners.
**What we expect from you**
Key Responsibilities:

- Order processing, supporting our European stockists in all aspects of the ordering process
- Adopting a proactive approach to relationship management, ensuring stockist needs are understood, fulfilled, and communicated across the business
- Making every interaction feel individual and personalised to demonstrate the importance our partners have in growing the F&B brand
- Making sure all issues are escalated quickly so resolution can be sought and engage the sales team as appropriate
- Working closely with new partners to help develop a strong working relationship
- Ability to make balanced, objective decisions that are commercially viable
- Influence our partners to adopt B2B processing to reduce manual activity, improve efficiency and accuracy
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload to ensure all activity is completed to timelines
- Deliver on promises made by providing timely solutions and keep our partners fully informed throughout the process.
- Promote the company and the product with passion
Key Attributes:

- Fluent in German, (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience in a similar role
- An export background with some knowledge of shipping terms would be beneficial
- Able to handle complaints and remain calm under pressure
- Patience and empathy
- Friendly, articulate, and professional
- Accountability, accuracy, and ownership
- Open minded, adaptable and team spirited
