We are looking for an exceptional Customer Services Advisor to join our friendly crew.
**About the job**
Working within a small team of Client Services colleagues, and reporting in to the Head of Client Services, this is a pivotal roles for our business. Your day to day work would include:
- On-boarding new clients and guiding them through their first days and weeks using our services
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements and team turnarounds
- Working with portfolio managers to establish calls, meetings etc
- Premises meet & greets and preparing internal meeting rooms & facilities
- Maintaining accurate and updated information both internally and externally
- Managing client documentation and postal records
- Data entry across a variety of platforms
- Training and development of new team members

- Competent and able to use Microsoft packages

We deal with financial services and the financial records of our clients, so the professionalism and integrity of our client facing teams is incredibly important.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
