Mortgage Advisor - Wimborne - Salary £35,000
Our client is looking for an established Mortgage Advisor to join them on a permanent basis. You will be providing a wide range of advice and recommendations to customers relating to the societies mortgages and products, whilst maintaining excellent customersatisfaction and staying within regulatory guidelines.
Main responsibilities:

- Deal with mortgage leads for online enquiries and existing customers enquiring about mortgages and other business opportunities
- Actively monitor and track all new lead opportunities ensuring each has been responded to
- Provide sound advice and recommendation to customers on the basis of a full and detailed completed fact find
- Comply with the companies' regulatory guidelines
- Maintain a professional image to customers and colleagues to build strong working relations
- Provide an excellent customer experience whilst adhering to procedures and FCA regulations
- Understand what Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) means in regards to the company and ensure this is applied
- Act promptly and in an appropriate manner in response to customer complaints
- Attend events to promote the companies' products and services when required

Skills & experience required:

- CeMap qualification or equivalent
- Experience within mortgage sales and advice within the financial services sector
- High street banking or building society knowledge/experience
- Good knowledge of mortgage related insurance products
- Competent advisor status
- Ability to bring best industry practices
