Our sociable team has grown to 80+ people spread across multiple offices, with our Head Office being based in Ferndown Industrial Estate.
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Consultant to join our payroll team in our Ferndown office.
About the job
The Customer Services Advisor will support the Payroll & Umbrella teams with the onboarding and offboarding of clients and workers. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance and accuracy with updating payroll systems, cashing outstanding documents, and offboarding leavers. Being part of our clients first experience with us, service excellence is essential.
Your key responsibilities would include:
- Completing right to work checks
- Obtaining outstanding legal documents and information for onboarding
- Accurately updating payroll & CRM systems
- Providing excellent customer service
- Offboarding workers and clients
- Sensitive data handling and GDPR compliance
- Adhering to regulatory requirements
About you
We are looking for someone who has some experience with administration and onboarding. Our successful applicant needs to be approachable, knowledgeable, and professional, with a proactive approach to help shape and refine our ever-evolving service to clients. Some desirable skills include:
- A strong background in customer/client service and the drive to go above and beyond to provide an exceptional service
- Competent and able to use Microsoft packages
- Enjoy working in a dynamic and fast paced office environment
- A strong communicator with a high level of professionalism, attention to detail and accuracy
- Commercially aware and able to understand the business impact of your role and actions
- Self-motivated and proactive, confident and well organised

Our core hours are 9am-5.15pm Monday to Friday and this job is full-time and permanent. Part-time considered with desirable experience.
