We are looking for an exceptional Client Services Advisor to join our friendly crew.

**About the job**

Working within a small team of Client Services colleagues, and reporting in to the Head of Client Services, this is a pivotal roles for our business. Your day to day work would include:

- On-boarding new clients and guiding them through their first days and weeks using our services
- Performing Anti Money Laundering checks on clients and collating records
- Managing client documentation and postal records
- Obtaining agent authority with HMRC for all clients
- Logging company changes with HMRC and Companies House
- Training and development of new team members

We deal with financial services and the financial records of our clients, so the professionalism and integrity of our client facing teams is incredibly important.

Our hours are 9am-5.15pm Monday to Friday and this job is full-time and permanent.
