An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Administrator to play an integral role in a national Mentoring Programme for a leading University.

The Administrator will be providing effective clerical support to the Project Manager through a range of administrative activities.

You will be offering administrative support in the form of financial claims, processing invoices, marketing activities, data collection, arranging group meetings and general coordination of the project.

The post would suit an exceptional individual who:

- Is able to communicate fluently in Welsh - this is desirable but not essential
- Has strong administration experience
- Is computer literate, particular with internet search and MS Office suite
- Has high attention to detail to accurately enter data
- Excellent organisations skills with the ability to handle a varied workload
- The ability to work independently and show initiative
