CDS team members have a workload split 2/3 for day-to-day responsibilities and 1/3 developmental activity where we seek to continually improve GLI internal systems and services, with the ultimate goal of providing better customer service. In addition to the challenge of these developmental projects, the CDS team places a strong emphasis on cross-training, providing both cover for the team’s responsibilities and providing an engaging work environment. **Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Assist with maintaining the Proposal Tracking System (PTS) including but not limited to the following: create daily backup, review tasks/buckets, review proposals
- Requesting file numbers for new projects
- Liaise with Client Services, Engineering and QA about task/project status
- Assist with Short-Term Planning and Long-Term Planning, branded report requests, review client submissions, billing review
- Create weekly/monthly reports and work with senior management to develop/improve EMEA reporting and processes
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Review of data produced by CDS Data Services

**Required skills/Experience**:

- Graduate or equivalent
- Diligent and conscientious
- Structured way of working
- IT experience a bonus
- Pro-active attitude
- Stress resistance
- Overview, Identifying processes or issues and address these
- Being a team player with good communication skills
- Good knowledge of the English language, verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Planner and CRM is a plus
- Knowledge of Branded Reports and ADM uploads an advantage
