Research Project Support Officer (Project Coordination and Resource Development role)Employer:Bangor UniversityLocation:LL57 2DG – option to spend some time working remotely which will be discussed further with candidates at interview.Pay:£30,805 to £37,174 per year, pro rataContract Type:TemporaryHours:Disability Confident:NoClosing Date:04/01/2026About this jobBangor University School of History, Law and Social Sciences Research Project Support Officer (Project Coordination and Resource Development) 40% FTE (Ref: BU03884) Grade: 6 - £30,805 - £37,174 Applications are invited for the above temporary part-time post working in the School of History, Law and Social Sciences with the National Centre of Religious Education for Wales.Duties will include providing administrative and organisational support for the project, with a focus on coordinating teacher engagement, managing events and training sessions, and supporting the creation and dissemination of teaching resources, in the medium of Welsh and English.Candidates should be educated to A Level standard (or equivalent) in a relevant subject area (Philosophy, Ethics, Religion and/or Theology) and have previous experience in coordinating pedagogical professional learning opportunities and developing teaching resources.The successful applicant will be expected to commence as soon as reasonably possible and the post is available until 31/07/2026.
